Financial Analyst, Supply Chain
Apply NowSummary Description: The Financial Analyst, Supply Chain role within the Finance department is a newly created role, developed to help support the rapid growth of the organization. The Financial Analyst, Supply Chain will report to the Senior Director, Finance with strategic support on enhancing internal processes and communication. This role will be a key support position within the department with opportunity as the company continues to grow and expand. This person will be responsible for ensuring data integrity within the department and organization as well as fortifying processes surrounding financial reporting and data management.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain:
- Create a more robust process for quantifying and reporting cost per ingredient across all markets.
- Partnering with Supply Chain to help translate entrée (product) level demand planning into ingredient level planning across multiple suppliers and distributors.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to develop a rigorous real-time performance review process to help ensure supply continuity across the fleet.
Finance:
- Create weekly and monthly COGS reports to help illustrate performance across price and usage variances.
- Maintain master list of ingredient costs across the fleet to help forecast accurate market level costs on a quarterly basis.
- Manage entrée (product) level cost builds to accurately update company forecast model and provide analysis for new item costing.
- Lead PMIX/IMIX forecast in partnership with Marketing for quarterly forecasts and company annual operating plan.
Marketing
- Function as the liaison between Marketing and Supply Chain to inform demand planning changes, including updates on key menu initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing on menu engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Complete special projects, as assigned.
